Why do businesses use LogoDesignJuice for their logo design needs?

In what formats will my logo design be provided?

LogoDesignJuice provides your logo design in multiple file formats (AI, EPS, PSD, TIF, GIF, PSD, JPG and more) for both print and web use.

How many logo design concepts (samples) will I receive?

You may receive anywhere from 3-5 logo design samples in total depending on the logo design package you choose. These logo samples will be made available via email and a special private URL that will be provided to you once your logo concepts are completed.

Is "Rush" logo design service available?

Although we do not recommend rush jobs to our clients, rush logo design service is available for an additional fee. We offer many express design services. This means our designers will stay after business hours and develop your logo and other artwork. The quality and creative process will not be compromised.

When can I see the initial mock-ups of my logo design project?

We deliver our first logo design mock-ups within 2-5 business days depending on the package chosen.

What if I don't like any of the initial mock-up logo designs?

If you are not satisfied with the initial designs we will work with you to design new concepts based on your comments and ideas. If you still do not like our designs, we will provide you a refund after deducting our service fee. Please see our terms and conditions for further details regarding refunds.

How many revisions can I ask for my logo design?

Our primary aim is to keep our customers satisfied by providing them quality service. For this purpose, we make unlimited changes (in applicable packages) until the time you are satisfied with the logo design. Limited revisions are available in our starter and logo repair and design packages.

What if I have my own idea for the logo design?

We encourage our customers to provide ideas for their logo design projects. You can immediately send in your ideas to our design team once you have placed your design order. Our experience is that designs developed on client ideas turn out to be the most satisfactory for our customers.

Can you redo or repair an existing logo?

Yes. Our Logo Repair Package is geared toward repairing your existing business logos. Please provide us with the latest version of your logo design.

Will I own the rights to my logo?

You own the copyright to your final chosen logo. We only keep the right to display this artwork in our portfolio and other advertising materials. The rights to all the samples developed during the design phase, however remains with us.

What is the difference between a "redraw" and a "revision"?

Revisions are changes made to your logo concepts with regards to color, size, font or building upon the design at hand. A redraw however, means designing a new set of logo concepts based on the feedback you provide us.

Can I ask for unlimited redraws whenever I want?

We do not entertain abstract refusals of the presented logo concepts. You have to give specific reasons for the redraw request. These situations are dealt on a case-by-case basis. We will make revisions as you require but we ask request that you specifically state what the change is and its need.

Can you design an exact copy from your portfolio or someone else’s portfolio?

LogoDesignJuice specializes in custom logo design. We do not use clip art and design logos that can be trademarked by our clients. We are adamant about protecting design rights of our clients. However, we would be happy to design a logo that is similar in style and “feel” as the design that you like.

What is the client area?

The Client Area is a password protected area situated on our servers, where our clients can log-in and review their project. Your Client/User page is only accessible to you so that it remains confidential until you are ready to display it to the world. You can post comments regarding the various design elements like illustration, colors, typeface, placement of objects, etc. and can ask for revisions from our design team.

What color formats are the logo designs provided in?

We provide our logo designs in CMYK (process color) but PANTONE (spot color) is available upon request.

CMYK process colorsWhat are CMYK or Process colors?

CMYK or process colors are mainly used for off-set printing. Four colors (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black) are used in process color printing to create an unlimited array of colors.

Process colorsWhat are Pantone or Spot colors?

Pantone colors are a type of Spot colors. Pantone colors are inks which are premixed and prepared for instant use by Pantone Inc. and are not blended together like Process colors.

RGB colorsWhat if I want my logo in RGB colors?

CMYK colors are convertible to RGB colors (also known as screen colors). We can provide logo designs in this color standard if requested by client. Please note RGB is not recommended for print purposes and should only be used for on-screen presentations and websites.
